Adams County Fairgrounds
SkinnyFest is a wildly popular Bluegrass music festival, and operates as a non-profit event. We depend heavily on donations, T-shirt sales, and food concessions to help us pay for everything. In 2019 we entertained approximately 1,000 people, from as far away as Tennessee and Canada.
SKINNYFEST GETS
NEW LOCATION AND DATE!
You knew it had to happen. The rapid growth and increasing success in recent years caused SkinnyFest to simply outgrow the pasture where it had been for years. There was not enough room for camping, inconvenient parking, not enough restrooms, and a lack of accessibility for folks with limited mobility. Then, when we considered the amazing lineup of top Bluegrass talent which we have scheduled for 2021, we quickly realized that it was time to move the event.
NEW LOCATION:
SkinnyFest is now moving to the Adams County Fairgrounds in West Union! We’ll have unlimited parking, easy access for everyone, more restroom access, lighting, and plenty of room for camping.
NEW Date:
We had to find a weekend when the fairgrounds was available, while also matching the schedules of the musical talent we wanted to bring you. So new dates were established, SEptember 16-18, 2021.
